Assess Of Books Forbidden Friends
This book is about 2 girls. One is name Lizzie and the other is Bee. These two girls met on the holiday. They escaped their parents to go explore, such as the beach and the cave. But days passed and the girls became closer and both of them started to have questions for each other...... Is Lizzie really an only child? Why has Bee's dad been disappearing? And why are the two girls forbidden to see each other? This is a book about strong friendship between the two girls. Will they ever figure out

The book is half set in London and half set in Spain. I enjoy books that take place in England. Two girls Lizzie and Bee meet in Spain when their families travel for the break. The two families are going through difficult time and hiding secrets from the girls. The book is written from the two girls point of view. It was meant for teens and maybe that's why I did not enjoy it, but it wasn't bad. I wished when the secrets were revealed that they'd been something that the reader wouldn't be

A gripping story for young people, charting the friendship between two girls, both facing troubles at home. Told alternatively from the points of view of Bee and Lizzie, the reader gets a great insight into their lives, their family dilemmas and looming boyfriend issues. Fast paced and well worth the read.

This was a good story for older tweens. It's about friendship, family, and falling out of those. There is a secret that Bee's mum and Nan won't tell her, and where has her Dad gone? Bee is pleased to meet Lizzie, a like-minded soul who becomes a firm friend in a short space of time. But they are suddenly banned from seeing each-other. Why?As Bee and Lizzie work out the mystery, they bring their families back together and also rebuild them from within.

This book was called Forbidden Friends by Anne-Marie Conway. This book is from the non fiction genre. I gave this book a star rating of 4 out of 5. I felt that the background of this book was interesting, however I didn't agree with how Lizzie and bee decided to escape from their parents and go off to exploring. I enjoyed reading it and I think its hard to put down. I didn't like how Lizzie's dad didn't let her go out of her house, I think that he is too strict and she has her freedom to do so.

This was really really susprising! The covers really bright and bold, but it also covers a dark topic. I loved the main characters it this book, and the duel POV. Sometimes I did get confused between both of the characters, but other than that I liked it. Highly recommend to people who enjoy mystery and contemporary.
