You all must think I'm crazy because I rate so many book's 5 stars, what can I say but I guess I just pick the right book's for me.This book was WOW! and OMG! Even after reading the synopsis im suprised about how much I enjoyed this book. I loved the dynamic and dialogue between Charlie & Kate. This book had me laughing out loud to being in tears. One of my most enjoyable reads.
2 to 2 1/2 startsLooks like this is one of those times where everyone loves a book but me. Which is fine. It happens. I'm not fan of manufactured, over-the-top drama, and, unfortunately, to me, that is all this story felt like.
2/1/14 Enjoyed this book in audio as well.Thank you Kathleen Young for finding this book. I loved it! It was a heartbreaker though and the second book in a row that I have read (Out of the Dark, also a 5 star for me) that the characters were so broken and there was tragedy after tragedy, but they conquered their misfortunes by the end. There was also a lot of horribly mean people in this story. It made me thankful I have a good life with many loving, genuine people around me. One big difference
