In Love Her Wild, Atticus captures what is both raw and relatable about the smallest and the grandest moments in life: the first glimpse of a new love in Paris; skinny dipping on a summer’s night; the irrepressible exuberance of the female spirit; or drinking whiskey in the desert watching the rising sun. With honesty, poignancy, and romantic flair, Atticus distills the most exhilarating highs and the heartbreaking lows of life and love into a few perfectly evocative lines, ensuring that his words will become etched in your mind—and will awaken your sense of adventure.

Crit Epithetical Books Love Her Wild
whatevenis thisnon-sense?

This book is lovely! I went in with moderate expectations and was pleasantly surprised. The pictures in between and accompanying the poetry added a little extra magic to it. I'm already looking forward to rereading it on another quiet day.

Poetry's magic is that it is found when it's needed.Love Her Wild is full of short but nice poems that are complemented by pictures. Though not my favourite poetry book, it was still very enjoyable.

*whispers* so bad that milk and honey read like a masterpiece.heteronormative through and through also some of the 'poems' were offensive.like the one saying brushing a girl's hair behind her ear is better than any drugs. hmmm say what.then when he said depression is like being color blinded and everyone keeps telling how colorful is the world around you. are you sure boyto sum it up this is like john green for poetry and if you swing that way then yes this one is absolutely for you.

Well, combining some cheesy phrases with some form of art (photography, in this case) seems to be the latest trend in poetry. Love Her Wild, is a compilation of short poems, divided into three parts -Love. Her. Wild. Love is diving headfirst into someone elses confusion and finding that it all makes sense. And to think this crappy piece was nominated for Goodreads Choice Awards pretty much extinguishes my faith in the so-called peoples choice award for books. Or is it that no one actually

Honestly don't know why I keep doing this to myself. I know I don't like modern poetry, but damn does the aesthetic of these collections get me every time. Every time I pick up one of these collections, it's like reading tumblr posts that have been regurgitated over and over again. None of it seems all that original or was all that inspiring. Plus, this collection had photography, but I don't wanna know how much they spent on StockPhoto because they all seemed like things I've seen before? There

I follow Atticus Poetry in Instagram, because it's nice to come across a positive, loving thought in a nice font. Taken as a large group like this is, and listening to them, is just not the way they are meant to be consumed. In this format they don't feel like poems, but idealistic thoughts. I would classify them as greeting card poetry. And delivered in a bit of a Jack Handy voice, it lacks the sweetness of the graphical representation. Here's an example of a longer one:"Love is throwing
