This was an interesting installment in this series. Each book has Ebony learning something new, maybe about her magic and how it works, or many things that Harry teaches her, but this one was to show the reader that things are not so black and white. Ebony made a pact with a demon and he comes to collect. He wants to embody her and so he technically kills her. She has a few days to make someone see her or he will collect on his pact. She finds her new ghost-like body interesting,but she learnsSPOILER!!! Ebony and Nate FINALLY get together. I really enjoyed reading this book and couldn't put it down. I liked how the Author made you look and good and evil (dark and light). Just because something is different doesn't mean it's dark or light.
