Author provides great questions everybody should ask themselves at least once. The handbook is educational with valid points and a pinch of humour so it's never boring. I loved his 2 cents at the end of every chapter, it made everything real so it doesn't sound like a dull textbook. But then I felt if you are not true to yourself of what you felt, then you are not being respectful to the author.
